Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted

• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? We offer exchanges while inventory is available.

• Exchanges must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns

• If the requested item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at holla@someonefrombrooklyn.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions

  3. Ship the item back using the provided return details

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right—no hoops, no headaches.

International Orders

• International orders are final sale unless damaged or incorrect

• Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
